MOVEMENT
Through MOVEMENT, you can maintain the physical freedom and strength of your body—keeping it capable, mobile and resilient for the long haul. Movement can also help clear stagnation when your thoughts are playing on repeat and rumination takes over.
MOVEMENT is your living river – sometimes rapidly flowing, sometimes quietly glistening under the sun or moonlight – always in service of your balanced energy. Like a river, we move to stay clear. We use the flow to navigate our edges, wash away tension and remember the strength of our own current.
MOVEMENT classes include: vigorous and gentle vinyasa, hatha + restorative yoga; somatic exercises; mobility sessions to compliment strength training; workout warm-ups + cool-downs; HIIT bursts to get your blood pumping and to increase your cardio capacity.
MODULATION
Through MODULATION you can train your nervous system to stay steady in moments of stress. Mastery over your stress response allows you to move from reactive to responsive so that your needs don’t get lost in the heat of a moment.
MODULATION is your rising wind that allows you to tune and regulate your internal response to your external environment. Your breath is the wind that shifts the weather of your mind. We use modulation to clear the air, cooling the heat of stress or stoking the fire of vitality.
MODULATION classes include: traditional pranayama techniques; modern breathing exercises; sound bath experiences
MEDITATION
Through MEDITATION you can engage your mind to cultivate your ability to witness and focus in order to create a buffer between your thoughts and your actions.
MEDITATION is your deep well that allows you to concentrate and observe instead of reacting impulsively. To meditate is to drop beneath the surface noise into the quiet well. In this state, we stop ‘doing’ and remember the art of simply being.
MEDITATION classes include: still + moving meditations; visualizations; mantra-based meditations; yoga nidra
MINDFULNESS
Through MINDFULNESS you can find joy in life’s daily tasks and simple moments to keep you anchored in the present moment.
MINDFULNESS is your fertile soil for finding joy in your everyday toil and mundane moments. Mindfulness is the earth where our practice takes root. It is how we plant seeds of presence in the ordinary moments of our day.
MINDFULNESS classes include: guided journaling; daily ritual tips; suggestions for creating conscious space in your home or workplace; schedule management
MANIFESTATION
Through MANIFESTATION your internal stability serves as the foundation for action that is meaningful to you. This is where you get to apply your inner peace towards external impact. No step is small or insignificant. Every action you take is potent and has the potential to make an impact.
MANIFESTATION is your rooted action to connect your “me” to the collective “we.” Whether your rooted action is new or established behavior, science supports that when we act altruistically, we can reap health benefits such as increased happiness, feeling less stress, experiencing less pain and even enjoying a longer lifespan.
MANIFESTATION resources include: tips for doing random acts of kindness; guides on how to join or start a local extra-curricular group (e.g. book club or knitting group); how to find volunteer opportunities that align with your values; how to impact social change at the local level and beyond

Customized private sessions are an opportunity for you to focus on your individual or small group’s needs, wants and goals.
MENTORSHIP PROGRAM FOR TEACHERS
I have had the privilege of serving as a mentor for yoga teachers as they develop their voice and craft their skills on their teaching journey. Whether you are a recent 200 hour teacher training graduate who is figuring out what teaching looks like for you or perhaps you have plenty of teaching experience under your belt and find yourself at a crossroads in your career, I can provide you with mentorship and support on both the business and art of teaching.
